Acceptance

By using SetHabit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SetHabit is a personal fitness and habit tracking application. The app works offline on your device. Cloud sync is an optional feature that requires an account.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password or OAuth provider. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Your data

You own all content you create in SetHabit. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to store and sync your data back to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the API

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is designed to work offline, so service interruptions should not affect your ability to track locally.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your server-side data is removed after a 30-day grace period.

Limitation of liability

SetHabit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
